Aviation Models by Osborn Model Kits
Our unique 1:66 scale models are designed to capture the hearts of any
aviation enthusiast young or old. The completed model makes a great static
display to place on your model shelf or desktop at the office. The models are
robust enough to play with or practice dog fighting with your friends.
How they are built
The easy to build sandwich construction with alignment pin allows you to
build this semi-scale model quickly without the use of any special tools.
We do recommend gluing your model using a suitable wood glue (white glue).
What’s in the kit
Our kits are all laser cut from quality Finnish and Birch plywoods. Each kit
includes easy to read instructions, peel and stick vinyl decals, a piece of sand
paper and a little history of the aircraft and it’s markings. The model can be
built from what is included in the kit, however we do recommend painting your
model using Tamiya acrylic paints for best color match and ease of cleanup.
Paint colours and tools required can be found on the outside of the packaging.
Recommended items for assembly
Hobby Knife, Scissors, White glue (suggested), additional 120g sandpaper,
Masking tape, Selection of paint brushes.

Skill level 1 Beginner
Skill level 2 Some modelling experience required
Skill level 3 Modelling experience required
Once you have built one of the beginner kits you will be able to build the others.

Paint, brushes or glue are not included in the kit.
Our models are designed to go together without glue, however for best results
we recommend you use a white glue for assembly and paint your model.
