How to Order

Shop online through our secure Paypal Merchant Account. We only ship within North America for online orders due to differences in shipping cost. Orders are shipped the next business day. Should there be a delay in filling the order you will be notified on an expected shipping date. Canada Post small packet is the preferred method of shipping for most orders. Unfortunately this has no tracking.

If you would like tracking please contact us with you order and we will process it manually.

Return Policy

Osborn Products will issue a refund or exchange of the original purchase price within 14 days providing product and packaging is in a resalable condition. All refunds require a return authorization number that must be presented with return. Any special orders are subject to a 25% restocking charge. All shipping charges are the responsibility of customer. No refunds or exchanges will be accepted after 14 days. 

Special note! 

Orders placed through our site utilize PayPal Point Of Sale processing, a non-refundable processing fee will apply to all refunds placed through PayPal. Please reach out before ordering if you need clarification

 

Damaged Product

Every effort is taken when packing product for shipping but once out of our facility we cannot control how the courier treats packages. Please do not accept or sign for any parcel that has significant damaged. All damaged product should be reported to Osborn Model Kits as soon as possible. If this

is not done there will be no way to process a claim with the courier.
