How to Order

Shop online through our secure Paypal Merchant Account. We only ship within North America for online orders due to differences in shipping cost. Online credit card orders are shipped within 48 hours. All orders are shipped "ground" by courier.

If you would prefer to pay by cheque or money order, please email us your order and we will reply with the amount of your order, shipping cost, invoice number and with information of where to send payment to. We ship within 15 days of reciept of payment. We require all payments be made in Canadian Dollars.

Return Policy

Osborn Products will issue a refund or exchange of the original purchase price within 14 days providing product and packaging is in a resalable condition. All refunds require a return authorization number that must be presented with return. Any special orders are subject to a 25% restocking charge. All shipping charges are the reasonability of customer. No refunds or exchanges will be accepted after 14 days.
